Timothy R. McCarthy, Managing Director.
Timothy R. McCarthy, is a Managing Director for Traditions Capital. Mr. McCarthy has 25 years of experience in real estate development, financing, management, and consulting. He is a frequent speaker at the National Association of Home Builders International Builder’s Show, a published author on senior housing and has served as a judge for the Senior Housing Award Program.
Mr. McCarthy's career includes the successful development of active adult communities and garden apartments as a Managing Partner of Traditions of America, Pennsylvania's leading developer and builder of active adult communities.
Mr. McCarthy's development experience is expansive. In addition to production building, during his career, he has undertaken urban redevelopment in the form of historic high-rise apartments and office buildings as well as mixed use, commercial and retail centers.
Prior to entering the development and construction business, Mr. McCarthy was manager of the real estate division at Arthur Anderson & Co.’s Philadelphia office, serving developers, investors and institutions. He is a graduate of Villanova University.
J.B. Reilly, Managing Director.
J.B. Reilly is a Managing Director for Traditions Capital. Mr. Reilly has over 19 years of experience in real estate development and the practice of law.
In conjunction with Mr. McCarthy, he has developed adult communities, office buildings, garden apartments, high-rise apartments, and single-family homes. He is also a principal of Traditions affiliates, Landmark Communities, a developer and manager of luxury multi-family communities.
Prior to founding his real estate business, Mr. Reilly received his law degree from Fordham University School of Law and was employed by the New York law firm of Seward & Kessel. Mr. Reilly graduated cum laude from Lafayette College with a degree in Economics, after which he worked in the Philadelphia offices of Arthur Andersen. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1987.
Among other activities, Mr. Reilly is a member of the Board of Trustees of Lehigh Valley Hospital & Health Network, United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley and DeSales University. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation, Allentown Economic Development Corporation, and a member of the Wachovia Bank Lehigh Valley Advisory Board.
Nathan W. Jameson, Chief Investment Officer.
Nathan W. Jameson is the Chief Investment Officer for Traditions Capital. In his role he oversees Traditions Capital's investment activity, and is responsible for everything from origination through closing.
Prior to joining Traditions Capital, Mr. Jameson served as Assistant Director of Acquisitions and Development for Traditions of America. He is active in the National Association of Homebuilder's 50+ Housing Council, and was a charter member of Philadelphia's 50+ Council, PennDel 50+. In 2006 and 2007, he was named one of the Top 50 Executives in 50+ Housing by 50+ Builder Magazine.
He is active in the community, including with the Southeastern Pennsylvania chapter of the American Red Cross.
He has an MBA in finance and management from Lehigh University where he participated in the Murray H. Goodman Center for Real Estate Studies. Mr. Jameson is a Phi Beta Kappa inductee and a former Rhodes Scholar Nominee.
Peter S. Yesner, Chief Financial Officer.
Peter S. Yesner is the Chief Financial Officer for Traditions Capital. Mr. Yesner has over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate.
Prior to joining Traditions and its affiliates, he was Chief Financial Officer of PRG Real Estate, a multi-family property management firm, and a Controller at Liberty Property Trust. He started his career at Price Waterhouse, where he worked with a variety of real estate clients.
Mr. Yesner is a CPA and a summa cum laude graduate of Temple University. He is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of CPAs.
David O. Biddison, General Counsel.
David O. Biddison is the General Counsel for Traditions Capital. Prior to joining Traditions Capital, Mr. Biddison worked at Rosenberg, Martin, Greenberg LLP in Baltimore, Maryland. While there, Mr. Biddison worked on a variety of real estate matters including commercial lending, commercial leasing and acquisition, financing, and development of real property.
Prior to joining Rosenberg, Martin, Greenberg LLP, Mr. Biddison was a litigation associate at Kahn, Smith & Collins in Baltimore, Maryland and also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas J. Bollinger of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.
Mr. Biddison is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the University of Maryland School of Law.
